THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW!

 

 

Shipping

 

 

We have a very simple shipping policy for shipping of retail sales, and follow this policy unless you, the Customer, request different shipping arrangements:
(1) As the Seller, we usually know the best way to ship your order depending on the weight and size of the order. Therefore, we ship using the method of "Best Way";
(2) Best Way may be by using UPS ground, FedEx ground, trucking company, or any other way that we deem to be the Best Way;
(3) Whenever we ship by Best Way, your order will be FOB Shipping Point.
(4) Shipping (in the lower 48 States of the US), when done by us in what we determine is the Best Way, is FREE to you. We do charge a $15.00 handling fee per order for packing and handling.
(5) If you, the Customer, want to arrange for a different type of shipping, you may do so at your own expense. All shipments arranged by the Customer are made FOB Shipping Point, with the Customer assuming all risk and liability during shipping.
(6) You, the Customer, must make arrangements and provide equipment for unloading any large or heavy orders when the order arrives at your designated location. The cost of any unloading charges or equipment rental for unloading is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Returns

 

 

Returns may be made within the initial thirty (30) day period after purchase.
Before making a return, you must contact us and receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
No items will be accepted for return without a RMA number.
All items must be returned in the original or comparable packing materials to insure that the product(s) reachs us in good condition.
Alll shipping charges for return materials witl be the responsibility of the customer.
No return items shipped COD will be accepted.
A 15% restocking charge will be charged on all returned items.
 

 

Privacy

 

 

Our Privacy Policy is very simple, and does not require any legal terms in it's definition. Here it is in full:
(1) You are the Customer, we are the Seller;
(2) We need your purchases to stay in business;
(3) We do not want to upset our customers in any way;
(4) Unless you sign our guest book, we do not collect and retain your email address or personal address after you have placed an order with us and the order has been processed;
(5) We do not, under any circumstances, provide your email or personal address, even those in our guest book, to anyone or any company for any reason, unless required to do so by law;
(6) We do not send out any email solicitations or advertisements to anyone who has not signed our guest book;
(7) If, at any time, you wish to be eliminated from out guest book, simply contact us by email and you will be removed immediately.
